- Yeah, we found like plenty of eateries nearby, lots of awesome rooftops with great views. One of our favorite places was, what was it, Rustic something? Rustic Roots. Yeah. We're pleasantly surprised because we weren't really expecting much from comfort food. But yeah, I think our favorite was like this corn latage type of thing. So this hotel actually has a rooftop as well, which we went up to. We went during the day for a little bit, but nothing is actually open. So they have like two bar locations, but it's more open at night because it's a techno, uh, what do they call it? Techo Besso or something like that. But it's like a dance club at night. Yeah. So they gear it more towards like the nightly crowd. Not really the daytime. So yeah, the bar was like, again, it was a nice view. Nice view, like okay drinks. It was a Thursday night, so it wasn't that loud yet. I think on the weekends when they have like the light DJs and stuff, so expect it to be more loud and lively. I feel like that cool, but we like more of like the quiet vibe. So Thursday was perfect for us. Check-in time is usually what, like three or four? I think it's four o'clock.

- Yeah. But we arrived around 2 p.m. and they were able to get us a room. We got a room with two, was this queen size beds? And they said that all the rooms were the same size. Yeah, because I do have gold status with my Marriott Bonvoy points. So when I asked for upgrade here, they were like, well we would, but all of our rooms are the same size. You could probably upgrade your view though, because our view is terrible. Horrible view. Basically a rooftop with like all these wires everywhere, and this morning we saw some maintenance man like right in front of our window. It's just like, oh hey. But you know what? I think if you're staying here on the weekend, maybe it's better on this side, because if you're on the street side, I bet it's pretty loud, because there is no soundproofing in this. I mean, I can hear the person next door talking when we're putting on our makeup this morning. You hear people going up and down the hallways. But it's a weekday, so it's very light traffic. But I can only imagine on party days, it's probably pretty loud, which they do have this blockout sound. They do make it aware like, hey it might get a little bit noisy. So just keep that in mind if you're someone that is a light sleeper. I want to note one little thing that we saw last night as we were coming up to our room. They have like this the socket of lavender with like these little bags where you can put lavender in it. They had already some dried lavender, and so you can take it up with you to, you know, put it on your bed because lavender helps you sleep. But I like to keep those too, because you could put it in your suitcase and make your suitcase smell good. That's what I did. Yeah, that's what I did too. So I thought that was a really nice touch. I haven't seen that at a hotel before, so that was really cool that they did that. Yeah, and you can't miss it because they put it, there's only one elevator to go up here, and so they put it right in front of the elevator. So we're at first like, is this free? It's like, it has to be free. I'm like, it's free. All right, so I'm gonna do the room tour.
